Ordered online after business hours, for a friend who lost their beloved pet earlier that day. The arrangement was hand delivered by the next day 1pm. I ordered the flowers from overseas for my grand daughters graduation. There was a slight mix up with my order in my choice of flowers. I called Carolina and she was more than happy to correct it.
