Absolutely a fabulous experience! I had emailed Carolina some photos of my brother's dog and she used the Puppy Pal arrangement as a starting point to create a custom condolence arrangement, even ordering a special colour of flower to match the fur colours of my brother's dog. My brother said everyone who has seen it is blown away and has asked where the arrangement came from. It was a most fitting tribute to remember the many years the dog had been a member of the family.
