I ordered the sweet puppy basket for my DIL, who was having a difficult time yesterday following the recent loss of her mother. I wanted to brighten her day with a little surprise and let her know she is loved. It was very important that the flowers arrived the same day. The florist delivered the same day as requested. The adorable arrangement and compassionate service brought my DIL comfort and brightened her day. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend this florist!

Absolutely a fabulous experience! I had emailed Carolina some photos of my brother's dog and she used the Puppy Pal arrangement as a starting point to create a custom condolence arrangement, even ordering a special colour of flower to match the fur colours of my brother's dog. My brother said everyone who has seen it is blown away and has asked where the arrangement came from. It was a most fitting tribute to remember the many years the dog had been a member of the family. Many thanks and appreciation for your creativity, Caroline. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting us with such a meaningful tribute. We're glad the custom Puppy Pal arrangement captured your brother's dog so well and that it touched so many who saw it. We appreciate you letting us be part of honoring those cherished memories.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
